Liked: The location is convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The beds were pretty comfortable, and the plugs included in the headboard were really convenient.
Disliked: The floors were incredibly dirty. We had to wear socks or shoes the entire time we were in our room. The bathroom also smelled like cigarettes/smoke, despite the fact that my husband and I don’t smoke and certainly didn’t smoke in the room or bathroom.

Bad. For 15 bucks more...

Liked: It’s close to the airport. Fits a need to a one (bad) night before go to the airport.
Disliked: Windows too thin, extremely lousy specially for the region. Lots of cigarretes butts in the floor. Lots of noises from other guests. 3 pillows for 2, which only 1 was usable. Bathroom soap and nothing are the same. Bureaucratic to pay in loco.

Same people, different attitudes.

Liked: We love the ability to heat up our food. Our beds were always made with fresh sheets. The room is always clean, when we arrive. No matter what we want for breakfast, it's easy to go heat it up, if it gets cold.
Disliked: For us, timing is everything. Housekeeping is slow with the cleaning of the room. They take too long to get to our room. Sometimes, we do wish that check out was later, just so that there's a little more time.
