Disliked: Rooms loud building stunk loud traffic outside

Extremely disappointed and felt deceived....

Liked: I left and booked elsewhere that night, so no breakfast. Location was decent based on ease of access to freeway.
Disliked: Concierge behind bulletproof glassRoom smelled like smoke with smoke burns on the toilet seat2nd room smelled and looked old.Left and forfeited money to go somewhere more comfortable and safer feeling.

Liked: The quick and easy check in.
Disliked: Well there were very visible drywall/mud patches that were done by people that didn't know what they were doing. The bathroom light switch and other areas were just dirty. The mini fridge was unplugged therefore wasnt cold. No hand soap or anything in the bathroom like that. The shower head spurted water out instead of an actual flow of water. We got a sheet it was so thin. No way it was considered a blanket.

Liked: Nothing, front desk staff were rude and bugs everywhere
Disliked: Roaches everywhere (big and small), smelled of mildew, front desk staff were very rude and threatened to cancel my reservation within 30 minutes of booking even though I had chosen the pay at property option. Wanting $150/night for a room with bugs is crazy to me.

Animal shelter

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: This is more like an animal shelter, no elevator, smells like dog in the halls, dogs barking and kids/parents yelling at all times. Only upside is the walls are kind of thick. Tried to cancel before I even showed up and couldn't. Nasty place.
