I pretty much summed it up above.

Liked: Walking distance to Hollywood Bowl, walk of fame, food, mall, lots of "colorful people" around. Great - real Hollywood experience.
Disliked: Parking is a big problem (12 bucks a day extra, if they have an open spot underground); no shampoo or conditioner; no coffee.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location to Hollywood Boulevard. Easy self washing for your clothes facility. If you want to be near the strip its around a 5 minute walk to the main part.

Disliked: Was not very well kept. Room smelled. Floors were damaged. No ventilation in bathroom

Very good

Liked: The cleaning personnel works really hard to keep the common areas and rooms clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is exceptional if you are a tourist wanting to be within walking distance of the walk of fame, nightlife, etc. It can be loud outside at night but that's the whole purpose of staying near everything.
Disliked: The location is right around the corner from nightlife, restaurants and bars, people hanging out on Hollywood Blvd. I love how loud and active it can get outside but just a warning if you're expecting to be quiet and secluded from all the city noise.

Liked: The beds were ok.
Disliked: Super loud all day and night. Neighborhood is pretty bad, although there are nicer ones nearby. There are better options for just a but more money in the area.

Bad

Liked: Location
Disliked: Too dirty, the toilet paper finish, had just one.

Superb

rented due to it was...

Liked: Front desk was courteous. Room was very clean.
Disliked: Paying for parking. Vacuuming at 5pm. Loud stomping above. Window did not lock.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff is very good, plus management super good a really professionais l lady her name is Vivianreally nice lady
Disliked: The fact that if someone visits you they have to pay20 extra for the parking lot
