Disliked: Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Beds were hard. TV channel choices not so great

The person on duty did...

Liked: The staff was great and the facilities were clean and well maintained. The mattress was definitely low quality but it was only for one night.
Disliked: The mattress.

Disliked: A/C didn’t work. Too late and tired to deal with changing rooms. Uncomfortable pillows. Too big and hard.
