Liked: Big room, refrigerator, everything worked, no cockroaches.
Disliked: They overcharged $2. I said I think that's wrong. I didn't have my phone to show the female at the front desk. As she held my credit card, she said "Are we good?" Then she overcharged. I sent notice through Booking. No reply. Not ok

Liked: TV didn’t work when we checked in. The maintenance person came about 90 minutes later and got it working. Water connection beneath the sink broke and sprayed water on my pants, shoes, and the floor. ( I was soaked!) My wife found the shut-off and stopped the water flow. I called the desk, and the maintenance person arrived within 5 minutes. The desk person gave us another room. I then went to the office and asked for some compensation for the inconvenience. The lady said she could compensate me only if I checked out right then. It was 10:00 p.m. Checking out was not doable for us at that time. This was the second time we have done a 2 night stay at the property. It was the last time!
