Liked: When we arrive there were no lights on. The parking lot was pitch black. The only ligh on was in the office. There were cobwebs and not very clean at all . It was very sketchy, my friends told the person who went to check them in. They couldn't and wouldn't stay because of the bad conditions. They were charged a $98 cancellation fee because the motel was in deplorable condition they couldn't have stayed because of medical problems.
Disliked: See above. Snd being charged a cancelation fee on top of a huge inconvenience. They had to come back to my just moved in apartment with boxes and nothing in place because we'd just unloaded the Uhaul just before. They were going to sleep on the floor here because they couldn't sleep at the motel. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Liked: No breakfast offered. Proximity to Highmark stadium was great. I got two ticks on me and my husband got one while we were in the room!! Gross!
Disliked: See above (ticks)Floor was not clean. Out socks got very dirty walking around in the room.

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty. Someone’s plastic cap to razor behind door. Bathroom door barely shut. Bed was very hard.
