The worse hotel stay ever

Disliked: The lack of air in my hotel room has caused my nose to be stuffy. You’d think all this money hotels get they’d have mantience on call for emergencies such as no air. Already had drove about 2 in a half hours here and having to pack things up again to move to another room was not an option that I was comfortable with because I had a long drive. Non smoking room however Cover on bed had burn HOLES in it. Room 102 had absolutely NO AIR for my dog and I our ENTIRE 1 day stay by the time I realized it is was almost 11pm(had been gone all day so when I realized it it was late. I didn’t feel like switching rooms due to it already being late and had unpacked already) Most miserable stay EVER at a hotel in my entire life. People were loud in the hallways after 11pm. I stayed at this hotel because it was highly rated but if I could give it -1 star I would. Ok so back to the air(lack of) in hotel room 102…ok so I called front desk and let them know there is NO AIR IN THE ROOM AT ALL and the lady at front desk said it’s probably because of how you have it set. Like LADYYYYYYY I’m 34 && I know how to work ac. I have it on AIR 68 DEGREES and like I told her the air conditioning would turn on but absolutely no air coming out of it. Out of all my time at hotels this is the worse stay 30mins from my travel destination anyways. First time at this hotel and will definitely be my last. Also I had my service dog with me and the guy at the front desk ask me is my dog a service dog or a regular dog. I have a visible disability and my dog is my service dog. At the time of my arrival early check in was the only good thing out of this experience at this hotel. The house keepers did an ok job with my hotel room being cleaned however there was hair on the pillows. Watch where you spend your money had I known I would have this bad of experience I wouldn’t have booked this hotel in the beginning. Every time planes would fly overhead it’d shake the window.

Disliked: It smelled like Marijuana the whole time. And a dog was crying half the night. The door to my room has a gap so big that I could see the carpet in the hallway.
