Poor housekeeping and all items in the room were overly cheap. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable.

Disliked: Everything in rooms were broken, dirty and the cheapest toilet paper.

Disliked: I had to get toilet paper at 3am. There was not an extra roll

Liked: I was double charged for the stay. I was charged by Booking.com and the hotel.
Disliked: I want to pay the process for the room. I don’t want to pay through Booking.com AND the hotel charged me.

Disliked: Being accused of smoking in a room, room was disgusting. The lady at the front desk obviously hated her job or people period. Stained bedding, daily change in prices, floors had drug paraphernalia all over, and they took 150 out of my bank account when despite all the negative things I could list I respected every inch of there property.
