Poor housekeeping and all items in the room were overly cheap. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable.

Liked: Hooked us up with rooms quicker than expected
Disliked: Everything in rooms were broken, dirty and the cheapest toilet paper.

Liked: I was double charged for the stay. I was charged by Booking.com and the hotel.
Disliked: I want to pay the process for the room. I don’t want to pay through Booking.com AND the hotel charged me.🙁🙃
