Great Customer Service!

Liked: The front desk man allowed me to check in early after a hospital appointment. I was exhausted, and I really appreciated that. He has worked there for a long time and always remembers me. I will always stay there when I'm in town because he is so kind to me. I only wish I had written down his name.

Liked: The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. So basic it was uncomfortable.
