Liked: It was very updated and spacious room. Front desk young man was very fast and helpful.
Disliked: housekeepers that want to hold loud conversations right in front of your door at 7 am. Placement of room was the worst.

Good value

Liked: The location was good and the manager was excellent. She was so helpful when we had a problem with our reservations.
Disliked: Mix up during booking put 4 of us in a single queen room. We were forced to purchase air mattresses and had a very uncomfortable night. It turns out that the person on duty missed our 2nd room and could not figure out how to help us. The manager helped us out the next day.

Liked: This hotel is going through a remodel so a little noisy during the work day. The room was new, clean and spacious.
Disliked: The remodel noise, I know it couldn't be helped.

Liked: The maids were the only people that cared about me being there.
Disliked: I had no sink, I had to use the tub for any uses at all. After i checked in and went to my room, I found I had no water so I went to the front to inform them and got "You must be stupid, that's impossible" The next day I went to ask again and their comment to me was sorry about that but they did nothing to fix the issue or even keep me up to date, in fact when I came to the desk they just walked away until I asked if I could talk to someone. Again i got sorry about that. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced.
