Nice stay and good value...

Liked: Liked that I could bring my dog, location was good, staff was friendly, towels were super thin and only got 2 our second day when we had 3 people with us, first time staying here was a little unsettling when getting in my car with my daughter and people that live in the apartment across the street came up to me as was half way in my car trying to get me to buy his laptop amongst other things

Liked: the quiet place to relax and enjoyed the friendly staff.

Liked: Parking can be challenging. We've stayed here multiple times. The staff is always great. We like that it's so close to Great Smokies Park and Downtown Gatlinburg, trolley goes right by hotel. But it's a few blocks away in a quiet area. Good value.

Liked: Friendly staff. Quiet location off the beaten path. Trolly stop nearby. Balcony room is great. Stayed here three times and saw bears twice.!
Disliked: No complaints
