Liked: Hot water is good. Bed was comfortable. TV was great. Convenient location.
Disliked: It was OK. Shower was really too small - just built in a strange way. The faucet is above the entrance to the shower. I was in a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke.

Liked: The night staff is very friendly and it is a quick check-in process. The room is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking.
Disliked: The other guests are extremely loud and disregard others. The elevator only works sometimes and the morning staff aren't overly friendly. They don't really speak to you.

Liked: The only thing I liked about the property is that on the last day the manager did come I out to see what was going on in the room and apologized for inconvenience however it did not help the fact that we froze all night long due to the heater was running slow and extra extra large amounts of air gushing through an unsealed door and cold air blowing only in bathroom and u have to turn it on because it’s the light as well we were forced to go by heaters in order to survive 20 degree weather staff was informed at check in was tried to be put in 2 other rooms 107 which is apparently under construction no heat no light beds bare then 205 which is close to the way 207 is the night person told us to call the day person at 11 she was unconcerned and did not come around to offer another room until after 3 or 4 pm it was warming up plus we had purchased heaters then around prob after 430 or 500 the manager came and put some type of seal on the door it helped but not too much but his manners where 100 % better than his staff and he was apologetic housekeeping eventually came with towels bad bad attitude the clerk was pleasant after manager came it was just the worst stash we have ever had at any motel 6 !! Very disappointing feel that we paid our money and couldn’t even be warm and it’s not fair and when you pay your money you deserve the quality of what you pay for
Disliked: First we offered a room apparently under construction 107 now why would you try to put us in rooms you say are being remodeled The heat wasn’t working properly the door had cold air gushing In on us so we were freezing the worse part is that the staff could care less let me specify the day clerk told us she would see about it came after 3 we had already purchased heaters to survive it was 20 degree weather !
