Worst I’ve ever stayed at!

Liked: NOTHING!!!!!!!! It was horrible
Disliked: Sheets and floors were wet, no television, the safe was rusted out, and unable to be opened. The bathroom had mold in every corner and the hotel refused to refund me my money so I could leave because I booked through your company.

Disliked: Everything where do I start, renovating is not going to help. Hiding the mold with a crap ton of Pinesol will not help, tv in the room would be nice if you could watch it, you can't no cable no locale and don't even ask for a discount they won't give it too you they will make some excuse up about corporate, don't ask for a bottem floor as they make excuses ofter they confirm you have one that they never received the msg, oh yer also I'm pretty sure the you can't call them so yer start of a wonderful vacation NOT!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. Also watch how much ya pay as this hotel is getting cheaper and cheaper everyday. Wish I could leave 0 stars ... oh the beds are only a slight bigger than a single bed. Enjoy ya crappy stay.

Liked: Interior of room was far nicer than other Motel 6.
Disliked: Still under remodeling/repairing. Exterior is ugly. Stairs to second story are absolutely dangerous! No hand rails.

Disliked: Everything else...per the staff out of 96 rooms only 17 were available to use for booking. There was no cable and the place looked terrible. There is old room furniture and supplies sitting in the parking lot (it's under construction). Mold and mildew scented rooms that have rust on the items inside the room. The walkways were only halfway lit and felt unsafe to walk on. False and old advertisement!!!

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Nice lady.
Disliked: Under construction. TV didn’t work. Asked for a bottom floor but was given upstairs. My mother is handicapped and was hard to use stairs. Roaches in room! Booked here because I was told free parking for cruise, however was told they started charging $10/day.

Liked: I like that the hotel was in a great location. And the staff was nice and helpful. The room was nice and warm when I enter the room when the weather was cold and raining.
Disliked: I didn't not like we had to wait until 4pm to enter the room. We arrived about 230pm. I understand they was under construction. I was with my elder mom.
