Liked: Great Customer service. The front desk lady was very helpful. Checked in fast. The room was clean. The water was hot, clean towels. I would stay here aging on another trip to gallup nm.
Disliked: We noticed that the housekeeper didn't clean out the mini refrigerator. We got some food to put in the refrigerator but noticed there was leftover food still inside. That was gross & it smelled. So we had to buy an ice chest to keep our food & drinks cold. Around 2am people are making loud noise & the other guest were loud with there kids making noise. Couldn't sleep.

Good value, clean facility but...

Liked: Very clean. Modern.
Disliked: Breakfast was a cup of coffee. TV would pause, then just went to loss of signal and then went back to pausing. No TV guide to tell you which channels to watch.

Disliked: The beds were so uncomfortable, the pillows are really old. It was so loud you could barely sleep. Not happy with anything.
