Constant noise from a guest

Disliked: The gentleman guest either downstairs or down the hall from me played music 24/7. He had the bass cranked up, so it was this constant pounding. The staff jumped on it immediately, which was good. What wasn't good was that this individual had caused this problem before. He shouldn't be allowed to stay there since this is a constant disturbance he continues to make.
