Dirty run down place, no...

Liked: I asked for a quiet room however there was seating right next to my window which all the guests used to smoke and chat, there was always people there chating ,laughing and sometimes arguing right through the night. At 4am I asked the night manager if I could move to another room, he said no, I will ask them to keep the noise down but as soon as they returned to their rooms another couple took the seats. So no sleep and a very run down place
Disliked: Putting me right next to the only smoking seated and right up against my thin window which they must know about and the inflexibility of the night manager refusing to move me at 4am

Liked: Nothing at all . Horrible customer service
Disliked: When I got to the property my room was not available. I asked to have a refund payment and the property manager denied my request.
