Liked: The stay was nice after check in.
Disliked: When I got there, the worker told me a different price than what I booked for. When I tried showing him my receipt, he said booking always got the price wrong. I asked for my receipt at check out, and he refused to give it to me.

Disliked: The room was dirty & didnt smell clean. Floor sticky. Dried spilt milk on floor. Around refrigerator & bathroom floor.AC was super dirty. Beds were terribly hard & uncomfortable.

Liked: Phenomenal! It was so clean, renovated brand new with a western theme. I loved it. Location is easily accessible, close to the Stockyards, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer.

Disappointing
Liked: One of the staff members were very friendly when we checked in and when dealing with a booking issue.
Disliked: We booked two nights through booking.com but when we arrived back around 6pm our key didn’t work, they said we had only paid for one night. We had booked two and showed them, but on their system it came up with only one. We have never had a problem with booking.com before and use it in every country we go to, but this hotel said they always have problems with bookings with them. We were lucky our room wasn’t needed as all of our belongings were everywhere.The WiFi didn’t work in the room and we were the closest to the reception.
