Bad customer service.

Liked: When I booked the room,I booked it for the night, when I got toThe hotel they said I couldn’t check in until 3 pm, and we wanted to stay the night, the hotel and the CSR rep with Booking.com was trying to call the hotelTo see if we could change the date for the night, but the hotel clerk was acting like they were never calling,I ended up loosing money and havingTo pay for the night with cash… and then the hotel charged me 60 something plus a 20 deposit which the same clerk acted like he forgot to give meThe deposit back. That’s just extra money they want to keep and not work with you. Not right at all.
Disliked: The service, the fact the when you book it doesn’t let you know pick for the night. It moves on for the next day.

Liked: Location was pretty good. Room was quiet at end of hall.
Disliked: Customer service was horrendous. It's as if they don't care whatsoever to do their job. Had to fight to get my $20 security deposit back as it was after 11am and the staff member neglected to tell me that. Not sure what $20 is going to do for a deposit anyway? Just a weird experience.
