Liked: I had a hard time even checking in no desk clerk was on site... I waited for 30mins for someone to show up to check me in ..
Disliked: The place has roaches..

Unsafe & Unprofessional

Liked: The night staff were more friendly.
Disliked: Smoke smell, dirty sheets, transients (unsafe), the elevator is often broken and I do think there is a possibility that prostitution was going on like other reviews mentioned. In addition, we went through a terrible experience with the female working the morning shift at checkout. She kept making up policies (like you have to have a pet crate) and if you book online you must check out and back in etc. This woman admitted that the policies were her policies and different when she worked. A night's stay has been taken from us and still has not been refunded. I've never written a negative review on here, but this was a traumatic experience for our family (a Navy veteran family) staying here on Veteran's Day. Please avoid this location if you have a family.

Liked: The view of downtown was great and it was comfortable and I love the ice there.
Disliked: I was very upset offended and disrespected by the front desk staff member, she said her name was Lilly. I was wanting to get my room I rented again so I tried to pay the night before and wanted to see how much of a difference the discount was using my AARP and I signed up for paperless option so my card is digital. Well the night desk clerk scanned it just fine then but I was informed that I wasn't able to pay till the next day. When I went down the next day I was rudely told I couldn't use my digital card and called a liar swooshed to get out and put on the DNR list so I'm very disappointed in this.
