The first room we were given was not cleaned - the bed was messed up and the room did not have a blow dryer or iron like it said it was supposed to have.

Liked: Hotel clerk was nice.

Appalled and disappointed initially wanted...

Disliked: Dirty roaches bad housekeeping ethics, charge me after I checked out and left $20 dollars over the price I was reserve for and told I would pay
