Motel 6-Fargo ND - West Acres - North Fargo, Fargo

No clock in room. Windows were very drafty. No shampoo unless you get out of vending. Short on pillows when we asked for more.

Liked: Everything about the hotel is gross and the staff.

Great stay and simple booking...

Liked: That I had a nice comfortable bed to sleep in instead of my vehicle. (Currently homeless looking for an apartment)
Disliked: Some of the entrance doors do not work and will not open with your room keys.

Liked: It was possible to park very close to the room.There was 1 maintenance man who was always happy/cheerful and attentive.
Disliked: Cockroaches for starters No refrigerator OR microwave! I had to waste food that I was unable to consume right away or anything I needed to microwave.. The room was dirty, obviously had not been fully cleaned since the last guest. Also the night before I check out Fargo got a snowstorm. I had everything all zipped up and ready to move by 9:00 a.m. and started carrying stuff out. Decided to take a break because I was very wet because of the snow was almost Knee Deep to my vehicle. Then about 10 minutes before check out I went ahead and finished taking my stuff out stowing it away and saw that it was check out time so I ran back in and made sure I had everything. Was telling staff I was so happy I finally got approval to move into my apartment. When I looked at the time it was 1104. So then I went on my way finished arranging my belongings in my vehicle, took my dogs to the bathroom and headed to the front desk to get my deposit. When I walked into the lobby the clerk said she already checked me out at 11:30 and then proceeded to charge me $30 that is $1 per minute that they considered me late leaving the room because I didn't come straight to the front desk. Are you kidding me? That is robbery plain and simple they knew I was out of the room yet decided to play it off like they can charge me 30 bucks and got away with it never ever ever stay here ever. The management encourages and participates in thievery and staff lying...

Disliked: the staff were rude as hell the tv in my room didn't work and when I said something abt it I just got ignored I had no microwave or refrigerator either. the whole experience sucked!!

Disliked: Room was dirty. People yelling slamming doors. Coffee was made but turned off so had to be microwaved. No service in room for entire stay.
