Good Value

Liked: My room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and I felt safe. The staff was polite. Good value for the price.
Disliked: When I checked out, the gentleman said that he was unable to give me a receipt because I booked through booking.com. I told him that I always book through booking.com and all the other hotels give me a receipt. He then said that I would have to get my receipt through booking.com and that he didn't know how to print one anyway. The staff might need more training?
