Broken heater in a cold...

Liked: Staff is great.
Disliked: Our heater was broken and it took us some time to notice that. We arrived late at night, pretty tired and didn't have the energy to move rooms at 2am. The next day we asked for a partial refund due to being cold while sleeping and management ignored our request. For the 2nd night we were moved to a better room.

Okay to stay here if...

Disliked: Dirty floor and dirty sink and the floor was gross. The shower had no warm water it was boiling hot or cold. It was okay only because I stayed one night and it was in a good location if you are staying one night stay here good for the price
