Disgusting

Liked: Nothing the room was infested with bugs when I arrived to my booking reservation the staff had called a tow truck on my vehicle while I was still in it after I that I told them I was staying at the motel and came to see if I could check in early they told me I couldn't and told me to pretty much leave and come back once I had gotten my room it turned out to be infested with bugs I want my money back

Disliked: The staff was hurrying me to check out and were rude when they called to see when I would check out and “get my stuff” so yeah not the nicest

Great place to stay

Liked: Great value. Very convenient to Fort Bliss. Short drive to visit family. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tv wasn't working in the furst room assigned. Gentleman at front desk came right down. Tried to fix it but was unable to. He also brought a room key for the room next door. Si there was no wait to change rooms. Would stay here again.
Disliked: I wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
