Dangerously not hygienic!

Disliked: We had to leave. The room was used and the bed was remade without changing the sheets. There was body hair, blood and green discharge on the sheets and bed cover. There was food on the side of the night table floor visible from far. We asked for a refund. Booking.com did refund immediately but this hotel did not. Lots of apologies from the front desk personnel with “ I am not authorized to do any refunds” following. We had to find another hotel on the spot, at 8 pm, on parents weekend.
