Liked: At least when I complained about the first room I was assigned, another one was found right away.
Disliked: When I checked in, I was told I didn't have a reservation because the reservation was in my initials rather than matching exactly my driver's license..I was given a room on the second floor to walk up to, onto the other side of the hotel, at the end of the hall. The room smelled like smoke, and I reported it to the front desk. The person at the front desk stated that she would mark it down, and I told her that I could not stay in that room and I was on my way back down to the desk. It took me a while to get back to the desk because the hotel was maze. This is when I was given another room, which was on the 1st floor, just down the hall.I was settling in my room, and I could constantly hear the walking back and forth and loud footsteps of the room above me. At least they stopped before. It got too late into the night.I slept hard and woke up late, which was not my plan for the next day. It would have been better if I could have had this to start with. My rest would have been better.I have stayed here several times, and it was not at its best this time.

Liked: The property the staff the room was all very nice. The room was very modern very clean no bad odors. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing checking me in and helping you with any questions I had.
