Won’t stay there again

Disliked: I traveled all the way from Peoria Illinois to Atlanta gay Pacific time when I would arrive got there no rooms available the person at the desk name. Jay told me that I had to wait till 3 o’clock to check in. I got there at 11 I paid extra to get in early the room he showed me before I checked in was Neice the room he put me in when I got there was horrible. The tub was awful. There was no plug for the tub, the shower curtain was stained. Everything was broken down. I asked for the dishes gave me a pot with burn stains in it. The bed was lumpy. It was horrible. I have pictures and I’ve already put in a complaint and I’m waiting for somebody to contact me back.

Better than expected stay.

Liked: The bed was comfortable, very clean, no bugs, and a very nice kitchen set up. Breakfast is not provided at this hotel however they do provide a coffee pot and ice trays in the fridge for your convenience.

Liked: I get there around 3:45 and my room wasn’t ready, I not even used the hotel because i was in a hurry, i rent another hotel, waste of money

Disliked: They had a older lady walking around watching you ,and a heavy set red haired Hispanic woman lying on people ,I had pictures of how I kept room clean because we were lied on and the front desk woman called me saying we would be kicked out if not clean next day ,which threw me off being it was clean so I thought maybe wrong room ,next day I make sure to take pictures to show at check out time how clean room is front desk refused pictures and said we were not welcome to check in another day ,the house keepers are rude and gossip about guests ,just a terrible experience , definitely would not recommend to anyone they are terrible over there and very unprofessional. I was in room 186,I left pictures this is the messy room they claim I left at check out, shameful people ,worst part was my car needed repair when kicked off property for supposedly dirty room at check out ,awful people, definitely complain to corporate,don't check in here these people are very unprofessional
