Motel 6- Denver CO Downtown, Denver

I would recommend this hotel to someone who does not drink coffee and loves to sleep on hard beds.

Liked: The place was very clean; the customer service personnel was very pleasant.
Disliked: There was no coffee pot in the room; the sink did not drain and the beds were very firm - not to my liking.

Disliked: Noisy neighbors, above, all round, parking lot noise.

Disliked: The person that was working that night was rude he could have handle things better I had a situation where I had my grandchildren because of a crisis situation and because I did not let the office know that my son was going to be dropping my grandsons off which the whole situation was spur of the moment he came to me and he was very rude I am 51 years old I don't need anyone to tell me anything if I'm wrong I'm wrong but he didn't know the whole situation or didn't care about it he just told me I was not welcome there again I've been there several times before I've never given any problems I've never give any reason for the trust not to be there and I actually like the location and I actually liked going that way once or twice out of the week because I live Way North to come to see my family and you know I understand that there are things that probably happen in motels and what not but I'm not that person and I just didn't like the whole thing of respect cuz I'm called for so I will not be coming back but I do thank you for the other times of great service this one was just uncalled for

Worst choice

Liked: I like the fact of this property owner thinks that they are above the law and that they can treat anybody how they want to they are extremely racist against white people and I'm very disappointed in my choice of allowing somebody to steal my money from me the property owner lied to me several times about how he did not have my reservation and then he gave me another excuse and then he gave me another excuse whenever I showed him that his excuse was invalid because what he was saying was untrue just like he did not have a copy of the ID he did have a copy of the ID I showed him not one time in the fine print does it say anything about a hard copy of ID okay so being as I can read cuz my mom was a librarian I made sure all the t's and i's were taken care of so civil suit seems to be the only way to get this motel 6 of Denver downtown to stop being able to steal people's money and put them in jeopardy in their lives at risk.
Disliked: Every single thing from the owner to the receptionist they lie to me they laugh at me they hang up in your face and they steal your money
