The receptionist was very rude...

Disliked: The front desk associate was the rudest person I’ve ever met here. I’ve been to this location a couple of times, one time to even stay for a week. It’s in the hood which I’m not completely opposed to, but this time the receptionist was the rudest. I got charged for the room, but he stated on his end he didn’t see it. Then when I was frustrated, he said and I quote “Are you going to call Booking.com or are you just gonna sit there and talk” so then my partner jumped in due to his attitude and said “She is about to call Booking.com, you don’t have to be rude to her” He said “I don’t have to give you a room” and we said Okay, I just want my money back. My partner was then talking to me and cursed and he said “Okay, you wont get a room. Because theres no cussing in my lobby” We’re grown and we shouldn’t have to have anyone tell us what we can say if it’s not offensive or directed at them. Then he proceeded to call the police. I asked to speak to a manager because I stated I wasn’t rude towards him and he refused to allow me to speak to a manager. I decided to just leave the property because we obviously weren’t going to get anywhere with him. But, that was the worse experience ever with this location. I will never go back and as long as he’s still working there, I recommend no one goes there. It’s another motel at the same price right next door, try them first.
