Disliked: My reservation was not honored as far as my requirement of 0 ground floor. I was not informed of this until arriving in an Uber at the hotel. The clerk rudely stated, " these things are not guaranteed."

Liked: Inside of the room everything is clean (room, bathroom etc).
Disliked: 1. NOICE, shouts. There we several black people sleeping / staying in the cars (homeless??) who talked by phone with their friends . Then they started to scream, shout “N words”, crying , and so on. It happened until 11 pm2. Inside of the room, doors to other room is so thick that you can hear when people breathing. Then other family started arguing , shouting and so on. 3. Blanket/cover on the bed was damaged by cigarettes
