Liked: Inside of the room everything is clean (room, bathroom etc).
Disliked: 1. NOICE, shouts. There we several black people sleeping / staying in the cars (homeless??) who talked by phone with their friends . Then they started to scream, shout “N words”, crying , and so on. It happened until 11 pm2. Inside of the room, doors to other room is so thick that you can hear when people breathing. Then other family started arguing , shouting and so on. 3. Blanket/cover on the bed was damaged by cigarettes

Disliked: I have not received my refund for checking out a day early. The lady at the front desk told me if i did it online to contact booking.com which i did. Property doesn't respond to emails, and they never answer their phones. This is bad customer service. I need someone to contact me about my refund!!!
