Disliked: Opened the door while I was in room and came in I had no clothes on and this was two different staysPeople are nice but it was a little creepy cuz my whole big butt was out

Liked: There was no breakfast but it wasnt unexpected u have went there multiple times in recent years and they have never had it , I do like the rooms they gave because all are ",suites" and are Sunday big for hotel rooms
Disliked: The staff is nosey, I booked a room and told them I would be there by 9ish well they said they called me to try to confirm because we were running late. Never received the call but when we got there at 930 they cancelled the room and gave us other rooms that didn't match our booking but charged us the same, when I booked I put 3 adults And 2 kids but the guy at the office tried to say I only booked for 2 adults and 2 kids , from what they said they charge an extra 7 per person , but when they canceled it I guess he only put 2 adults and 2 kids but tried to charge us 7 dollars more after I had already paid for all of us * he finally conceded after we showed him recipt and my husband refused to pay,, this hotel use to be good , u have said after the way they treated us last time I wouldnt go back but I did, and it was still tje same , also I asked the housekeeping for more towels, because they only givw you two, they asked m4 to bring the old ones out and I did, 45 min later I asjed housekeeping if they. Would give the towels and the housekeeping lady(which is an owner ) didn't at that time she said. She needed to confirm a few things before giving them but eventually did, the past few times I booked with them u hadn't been happy they def are rude and maybe a bit racist I have booked with this hotel alot , the staff / family that owns it is not the best to deal with, wont book again , too many more issues to list
