Disliked: Non working phone, broken tv, bad smell in the room, would not put my family and I in another room, un pleasant staff, room service did not speak English so communication was very poor.

Disliked: The fact that I was unaware of the $50 deposit needed on card after already prepaying my room in full, driving lots n lots of miles there just to not be avle to stay because I had no extra money for my kids and I to cover the deposit which is NOT STATED ANYWHERE on the policies or notices on the booking site for the foom we just lost our home to a house fire and money isn't something we have any extra of unfortunately. Instead i paid for a room we did not and could not stay in, meanwhile I it was tough enough to scrape that money for the room with our circumstances. The facility notified booking we never showed and thats not true. I SHOWED UP, again after having prepaid way early that morning just to NOT be able to stay for not having the extra $50 that there is no heaps up about orr known listed policies on site.
