Great value
Liked: Great for the price. Clean. Hot water. At first it’s not obvious how to TURN ON HOT WATER. PULL WHOLE WATER HANDLE TOWARD YOURSELF that how you start it running. NOT only turn the water switch. If you have issues with it you can ask desk representative. I stayed at this hotel 4 times. At my 1st time I could not figure out how to make water work and just went to ask. They are helpful.

Disliked: I mad reservation in OHIO ARRIVED TO FIND MY ROOM WAS GIVING AWAY I ASKED HOW I HAVE THE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION, THE FRONT DESK SAID WE RAN YOUR CARD AND IT DECLINED I ASKED HOW IT DECLINED BEFORE I WAS EVENING CHECKED IN I THOUGHT A RESERVATION MENT THE ROOM WAS HELD UNTIL ARRIVAL THE CLERK TOLD ME AT 6;00PM HE RAN THE CARD AND IT DECLINED DIDNT UNDERSTAND THAT PRACTICE SO I HAD NO WHERE TO STAY AND I WAS VISITING MY CHILD IN TEXAS I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THAT HOTEL AGAIN YOUR COPORATION NEEDS TO GET MORE PROFESSINAL SUPPORT.
