From HAPPY to Mortified

Liked: When we first checked in February 24th, everything was great . Paid cash for 3 nights in a row with no issue and no deposit requested, after the 3rd night paid again and still no $50 deposit requested from me. I kept paying cash as the days went by until 3/5/25 male employee (Indian guy) started giving me a hassle about not being able to rent me the same room I was in (104) because I took too long to pay for the room. Then he told me that he could not rent me a room anymore and also complained about my plants. Needles to say this day was the worst!! He gave me 30 minutes to vacate the room or he would call the police.... He refunded the money I had already paid for the room. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life!!! I was going to give a big thumbs up, but now it's definitely a Negative... They need to brush up the courteous attitude with employees. Not professional at all. We were even going to make motel 6 our home for a month or 2...

Disappointing

Disliked: The ac didn’t work had to move to different room and it was dirty

It’s a 2.5 star motel...

Liked: The location was perfect for what I had to do. Like most motel 6 they are old. Don’t expect five star accommodations. It’s a cheap price motel to spend the night. I will stay again.
Disliked: My room was next to the mechanical room and I could hear the constant noise. The neighbor had a dog and the dog was my alarm. I like dogs so I was okay with it.

My stay was amazing ....

Liked: The price, location to where I needed to be close to down to the staff. I arrived earlier then check in. I had been driving with my newborn son and they allowed me to check in early. I was very appreciative.
Disliked: The drink machine location .
