Disliked: I walked into the hotel room and everything was fine until I stepped into the bathroom and it’s a huge hole in the bathtub floor. And beds were pretty uncomfortable

Disliked: Starting with my check in the issue started. The guy at reception gave me a room that smell so bad. He ended up changing it but was least helpful to give room on the same floor and gave me room on another floor so first I dragged my stuff upstairs and then downstairs. His attitude was very bad and didn't answer a single question in nice way. I park my car to see a bottle with pee. My misery didn't stop here, the room they gave my had Roaches. Don't know who was in the room upstairs , that person was walking and making noise whole night. Somehow I manage to spent my night there to find out the hot water doesn't come in shower. After many tries I manage to get the hot water but then it didn't drain. My overall experience was horrible. I need my money back and compensation for the misery.
