Liked: A Check In Staff Member very rude/deceptive on creating issues to keep deposits from being returned to customers.
Disliked: The attitude of one of the staff is always bad towards guests.

Okay for a few hours...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the pillows were soft.
Disliked: Shower handle was broken and it took us a little while to figure out how to adjust it so that we could have warm water for a shower.
