Worst place ever. It needs...

Liked: Nothing, everything was dirty, broken, expired elevator license.
Disliked: Awful smell, a lot of roaches, beds were broken, elevator not functioning, the license for the elevator was extremely expired. The elevator door would take 3 times to close, very unsafe. Rooms were not clean, floors dirty, the doors had gaps at the top. I know the price was low but still not worth even that.

Never got to stay but...

Liked: Great location beautiful hotel
Disliked: I made, booked, and paid for accommodations and yet the hotel claimed they never got my reservation confirmation, they did nothing to try and help and I was three hours from home, and they were just as rude as they could possibly be. The staff is a complete joke. They need to learn how to do their jobs and maybe learn how to treat people. Very disheartening and super disappointing. I hope no one ever has to go thru what I did….truly sad.

Disliked: There were roaches in the room, the light fixtures were torn and ragged, the towels were dingy like someone had been drying their hands, the toilet was so low to the ground I practically had to fall onto it because of my injury, then I didn't like how you have to give them a $20 cash deposit which I wasn't aware of til last min. Thank God I had cash, my reservation wasn't even ready when I got there so I had to leave and come back and the check-in time is at 3pm for that price and poor quality y'all should offer more like anytime check-in at least, who wants to waste just about their whole day waiting to unload their luggage only to find out why y'all really leave the light on!! (Roaches)
