Disliked: Everything else, my room was dirty. The lady at the front desk wasnt helpful and if was after check in and I had to wait for a room. There was a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot, none of the outlets worked in the room , there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom the door didn’t shut all the way and the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock at all

Liked: I am handicap. The elevator was not working. I had to walk the entire length of the building, up three stories, then back most of the building. I could not carry a suitcase so I had to make several trips. The clerk had a take it or leave attitude.
Disliked: When I got to the room it was a smoking room and stunk. I went back down to try and resolve this the clerk started screaming, spittle flying. I told him I was going to call the police. The lobby was full of people with similar problems. As I walked the entire length of the building I could still hear him screaming until I was in the stairwell.This is unacceptable behavior even if I was upset. He called the police. They could not placate this guy so I had to leave at 10:00 .

Liked: This place should be closed, or demolished. I tried to stay there for 7 days, and immediately asked for a refund as walking the stairs... not even made it to the room. Urine stinking, as well as weed and rotten. People screaming all over, high and drunk. Front desk high with weed, slow motion... scary place. Dont try it.

I regret booking my stay.

Disliked: The customer service was awful a lot of unnecessary attitude was displayed in front of customers and there was this general manager Sheba if I got the name right her attitude and customer service was very poor. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly the bedsheets had stains the mattress needs to be replaced and the plugs didn’t work not to mention I couldn’t turn all my lights on because not all was working. The elevator wasn’t working which makes it difficult to get to my room. The refrigerator was dirty with ice overall the place was not what I expected.

Disliked: Everything. There wasn’t a coffeemaker, microwave, remote. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged in because it didn’t reach a plug. AC didn’t work. Box springs were smashed on the corners. The entire place was dirty and roaches in rooms. Desk clerks were talking loudly about other guests and coworkers poorly in front of a lobby of guests waiting to check in. I didn’t stay there, they offered a refund but I think they refunded the wrong room. Filed a chargeback with my bank because getting in touch with booking.com is proving impossible.

Liked: Nothing they canceled my reservation right before check in they only reason the gave was they sold it we were 600 miles away from home so we had to drive until we could find a place
