Disliked: Customer service was questionable. Asked for adjacent rooms for our party. Rooms separated across complex. Asked for all ground floor. Only got one. And facility was not full. Saw 3 empty ground floor rooms right next to each other.

Aging facility but for the...

Liked: Price was good, standard freeway location which was convenient and very near Elmer's restaurant- which is EXCELENT! They also had very cute little wash cloth and treat packets for pets- I loved this, did not travel with my pets this time, but will consider staying here again.
Disliked: LVT floor was dirty- lots of grime in the corners and when I accidentally splashed water on the floor near the sink and wiped it up with the bath mat, it was black. Base inside shower was dirty and there was a burn hole in the bedspread and when I got into bed, there was nothing to wipe my feet on, so I slept with dirty feet in white sheets- freeway noise was not as bad as I expected but the worst thing was that they did not have any phone chargers in the room- I had to go and buy the plug in component so that I could charge my phone.

Disliked: I have 2 artificial knees and had to walk up stairs.

Disliked: There were a cigarette hole burnt on the blanket and animal hair.
