Disliked: I was told the pool closed at 11, but the lights shut off around 10:45.

Liked: The staff was amazing. Dan, the manager, was more than accommodating and incredibly pleasant to speak with.
Disliked: The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Mainly just smudges on walls and dirty light switch covers and behind night stands. The linens were incredibly clean as were the toilets and counters and such. Just the small things seemed to be missed. No bed bugs though, that’s a huge one in my book! The pool facilities were clean and exceeded our expectations for what we paid.

The manager made it uncomfortable...

Liked: The maids were extremely nice and very helpful and understanding
Disliked: The manager of the place was very rude and seemed to have a chip on his shoulder, very arrogant and has a very bad attitude, and like to make accusations that weren't true, if he's working I wouldn't recommend staying there, and the toilet was always clogging,

Disliked: I did not have coffee pods for morning coffee. When asked they were very nice and provided. No blanket on bed. A little odd, a sheet OVER the comforter. Three pillows - rock hard.
