Never staying here again.

Disliked: The staff was very unwelcoming. We arrived after 10pm. The lobby doors were unlocked so we walked in while two women behind the desk were discussing something. When they stopped talking I said we were checking in and she said they would need to help us outside through the window instead. They proceeded to make us wait a few minutes as they locked the door and continued having their discussion about how the door needs to be closed at a certain time. This is fine, but couldn't it have waited until after helping us? Once we finally got our key to the room it did not work. The staff had left the front desk and were nowhere to be found. I tried calling the property and could hear the phone just ringing through the window. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come and help us with the key. She proceeded to tell me that if I placed the key too close to my phone it deactivates....isn't that something that should be mentioned beforehand because I'm sure I'm not the first person to do this. They who experience with the staff was horrible.
