Definitely not worth money but...

Liked: We usually don’t have issues with Motel 6 as it’s usually clean and offers the basics of what we need and this is usually where we stay when in town however this one room was not up to par. I also went to check out and it took forever for staff to come into reception area as he was somewhere else probably working in back? I told him that they need pest control. He didn’t seem interested in caring and never did apologize but considering his young age they never do.
Disliked: Bed was terribly old so extremely uncomfortable. And in the morning there were cockroaches crawling around room and bathroom. YUCK!!!

It was a nice stay...

Liked: I liked the location of the property, the staff, and the rooms. The rooms were nice and clean, which was a plus. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. The price is good for what you get.
Disliked: Although the rooms were clean, there was a strong odor of weed. Despite me bringing my own air freshener from home, the smell lingered. I was in a non-smoking room too so it was very annoying.

Liked: Helpful staff, very easy check in, lots of rooms and parking next to places to eat and to the freeway entrance. You can tell they work to keep things clean.
Disliked: The smell of nicotine was heavy in the room. It kind of sticks to you. That's not the establishment's fault so much as it is the people who stay there and choose to smoke inside.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable and not too much noise. Location was great and there's a Denny's next to it. It had a refrigerator/freezer.
Disliked: We stayed in room 121 and the toilet is NOT attached to the floor. If you lean, it starts to tip!

Friendly staff in a convenient...

Liked: Very friendly staff, grounds kept clean. No sense of riff raff hanging around. Located very conveniently within short drives of many restaurants, events, and parks.
Disliked: There was a gap between the door and seal, letting in quite a bit of freeway noise. The staff said they are in the middle of a seal replacement in the whole place so this shouldn't be an issue for long.
