Liked: I didn't LIKE anything. I didn't even stay at the facility! I went one block down the road and paid twice as much and got a better room and experience!
Disliked: I checked in, got something to eat, came back, took one look at the room, the area around the room and left. The bed and other things in the room gave me a bad feeling, inside. Looks like it needs an upgrade.

Disappointed

Liked: Toilet was not clean. Showed not clean. One towel was torn. Bare bone. Hotel manager can take a course in manners. Other front desk staff can also use a course in manners. Dont hang up on your customer.
