Liked: the location to my event, although parking was a little tight
Disliked: the check in, the check in girl had the personality of the floor, informed me the elevators were out and then proceeded to tell me we had a 3rd floor room, (we were in an accessible room) know we are neither in a wheelchair, but what if we were? She also never offered any kind of assistance even tho i told here we had luggage. The room itself was not really great either, there is no where in the bathroom to put things, i had to use the shower chair to lay things on (i.e. clothes, make up, hairdryer) there was supposed to be a couch in our room, but we just had an empty wall, we had 1 desk chair, for 2 people? we were never offered a refund or discount or cancelation option for the elevators, never told about wi-fi and the tv remote did not work, there were 2 tiny slivers of soap in the bathroom. We were not even for sure if we would have coffee in the morning, we were never advised. Would not recommend or stay here again

rude managers making up rules

Liked: bathrooms were very large
Disliked: Managers Matty and Charles are both extremely rude and treat customers any which they want making up rules as they go. charles told me I needed to give them my tv because my ex took the tv from our room. I was treated like a common criminal even though the room wasn't in my name until the morning I moved out of the motel.

Long term

Liked: Waffle House and Charles the manager was always helpful .

I would stay again decent...

Liked: Location perfect for meals and with Walmart nearby I had everything I needed
Disliked: I stayed on second floor- heavy smell of cigarette and marijuanna in halls at night.

I would recommend staying here!

Liked: Location is amazing everything a person would need is right there for you.
Disliked: I stayed on fourth floor And my room seemed very outdated but was still functional for us.
