Terrible customer service

Disliked: House keepers yelled at me for trimming my hair and not having a broom to sweep it up. They literally cursed at me about being nasty. That's not how you treat guests. If there had been a broom in the room I would have swept my small mess up.

Disliked: So it’s so many things , but to make a long story short them pictures or lies them rooms are horrible. The smell is nothing but smoke , the lining didn’t look clean .

Disliked: The roaches,dirty tub, stains on the blankets & sheets & towels, stained walls, holes in ceiling over bed & tub, dirty air vent over tub, faucet head an inch away from the wall in the tub. Not worth $80. Will not go back.

Disliked: First we were cut off while waiting to speak with the desk agent after having been waiting 10mins already. The lady was so miserable looking and slow. Not a care in the world. AC didn't work, everything was stained and smelled funky.

Disliked: The remote in room 222 didn’t work. And there was hair on the floor and in the sink. There was also dirt in the bed.
