Liked: Location was fine
Disliked: Bugs in the room. Thermostat didn’t work. Took 3 hours to change rooms. No one would answer the phone at the front desk for hours.

Disliked: on check in the gentleman at the front desk was slow, no words of welcome. did not give any information about room or stay, elevator could not be summoned to 2nd floor as the button at door was not working, sign at door asked you to call the front desk and they would send it up. upon check in the key card to room would not work, when i walked down to the front desk and explained the man at the desk and another staff member continued to compare something on there phones for almost a minute and then the clerk came over ran the card through a machine and returned it without saying a word
