Liked: There is no working heat in the room the thermostat when you turn it on heat it turns on ice cold reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it and charges full rent full market rate for the room didn't even try to give us a discount or anything nor a free night
Disliked: Their attitudes their demeanor their personalities suck they don't care about pleasing their customers nor making things right with them if they mess up somehow shape and form with their rooms they don't care

Liked: I stayed here a few times and all of a sudden out of nowhere I have to pay a 75 dollar deposit
Disliked: The 75 dollar deposit have to wait 3 5 binss day to get my money back

Disappointing

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: But the shower didn't get hot and the TV didn't really work the screen was black you couldn't really see it and the bed wasn't really comfortable

Got downgraded, issues, but staff...

Liked: Staff and security was super friendly. This location is in a not so nice area so I understand the safety methods used.
Disliked: We paid extra for a bigger room with a microwave but the room wouldn’t open because the battery was dead. They relocated us to a smaller room. The room only had half the lights working which was good enough but definitely sucked.
