Budget option with minimal 'comforts',...

Liked: The hotel was well located near New Haven, and was priced well compared to other budget options in the area. There was a small fridge and a microwave in the room.
Disliked: This hotel is the very definition of basic. Although the bed was comfortable and the shower worked just fine there were no other real comforts. The room was bare (no pictures or decorations), there were two plastic uncomfortable chairs provided, there was minimal space for a laptop (not a desk be the end of the tv unit) and there were no hangers on the short non-enclosed rail. The common areas of the hotel were dirty (corridors looked like they hadn't been vaccuumed for a week) and although the room floor was better.....I did find two long black hairs in my room on arrival (one on the white bed sheets, and one in the bathroom).

Better secure advertised price or...

Liked: It seemed to be less money but upon arrival price was too high
Disliked: 1st night waa over 120 the room n motel at best for area and what you get 73$tops. Only reason we went was price advertised at 65 $a night..of course none of those rooms(same as what we got ..were advertised ..stuck it was underhanded.

Clean economy rooms, good for...

Liked: Very well located. Good pizza place up front. And the fact that since they allow pets I wondered if the place would have a certain “smell” like some properties. This place absolutely did not. It smelled very clean.
Disliked: Very loud people and barking dogs, but it wasn’t the fault of the hotel. It’s what to expect in a hotel that allows pets. I had a rabbit with me (in a travel pen), so I knew it would be a thing. If you don’t have pets and are staying here for the price, be aware. The first room we had the heating unit didn’t work but the nice lady up front quickly switched our room for another one.

Disliked: From dirty hallways to the marks of someone with diarrhea using the toilet and nobody cleaning it afterward. The room smelled bad, the bed was not Queen size, and was uncomfortable.
