It served the purpose, but...

Liked: We liked the convenient location.
Disliked: Upon arrival, we checked in and went up to our room for a little rest. We were in town for medical appointments for our aging mother, who has limited mobility. We were in our room for less than an hour and decided to go for supper. When we got back to the elevator to go down, it didn't work. For the duration of our stay, it didn't work and our mother had to use the stairs. This doesn't sound like a big deal -but when you book a hotel based on location and amenities because you're visiting the city for medical reasons, you kind'a want the elevator to work. No fault to the managers, I understand things are not foreseeable. Our next medical trip will be booked at a location where we don't rely so much on the basic amenities like an elevator.
