Liked: The room was fine and had all we needed
Disliked: The bathtub was a little bit gross. Check out was 11 and at 10:15 someone came knocking on our door. After asking for just a minute to get changed before answering the door he waited 5 seconds and tried to enter with his own key card to ask if we were going to stay or check out. My boyfriend had to yell over to tell him to stay out as I was in the middle of getting dressed after showering when he came. I don’t think hotel workers should be opening your door without permission.

It's cheap

Liked: This was a cheap hotel for a night. I traveled across the US from Ontario and on my way back from Montana I booked a room here as it was the cheapest I found online. The clerk at the front desk when I checked in was good, friendly enough and showed me where my room was. Room had great water pressure, was mostly clean, bed was made, new towels and the TV worked and I had a beautiful second story view of Bismarck(sarcasm) It wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews make it out to be in my experience, but I'm a fairly experienced traveler. This is just my honest opinion so take it as you may.
Disliked: My room had a very weird smell, there was no fridge or microwave, the door needed a decent shove to fully close. The location is a little daunting at night but the next morning when I was having breakfast at the diner beside this hotel, the manager kicked some wandering crackheads off the hotel property so the management is at least trying to clean it up from the other reviews.

Disliked: They are remodeling so. The lot was a mess.

It was fine except for...

Liked: Stayed there before and has been remodeled since. For an emergency stay it was the cheapest around.
Disliked: There was a dog that barked most of the night and early morning.
