Liked: Availability. For some reason when we booked our room, the confirmation said smoking room (we just left a facility because of this smell & we do not do smoking rooms, at all; it wasn’t a smoking room that we booked, but it propagated as such). Initially the CSR said there was nothing they could do to change it, but, after explaining the above, he did at no charge. Thankfully!! There weren’t many rooms available in Bham and we were exhausted by exhausting our resources.
Disliked: No amenities; no pool. No creamer for the coffee; place was pretty cluttered in the lobby and reception area. No shampoo or conditioner available or a hair dryer….i rely on these amenities when I travel.
