If you just need a...

Liked: The lady that picked up our used towels was very nice.
Disliked: It took 3 trys to get the key card to work. There was no hair dryer, iron, ironing board, trash can or TV remote in the room. The room had two beds squeezed into the space where one should have been. You could barely walk between the beds. They were both pushed up against the walls.
